My unique alternative guestbook is perfect for small weddings, birthdays, retirement parties, and family reunions. My live-edge wood guestbooks are hand burned with custom designs specific to each event, making them a beautiful and personalized keepsake. Guests are invited to leave their messages and signatures in pencil during the event, and then the guestbook is returned to me. I then carefully burn each message into the wood to preserve them forever. This one-of-a-kind guestbook is not only a thoughtful addition to any event, but also a stunning piece of wood burned art and design.

Please Note: Each Burnt Bark Co piece is 100% hand-burned on natural wood, created with care and intention. Because no two pieces of wood are exactly the same, there are variations in wood grain and natural occurrences such as knots, flecking, or a slightly curved or tapered shape. Also, minor imperfections are inherent to the handcrafted process and are to be expected. These details are part of the beauty of handmade work and a reminder that every piece is uniquely made.
Due to the custom, hand-burned nature of my work, all personalized items are final sale.

Return & Refund Policy – Custom Orders
At Burnt Bark Co, each piece is individually hand-burned on natural wood and often customized with names, dates, handwriting, or other personal details. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all custom orders are final sale.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
This includes items customized with names, dates, text, drawings, signatures, or design modifications requested by the customer.
Variations in wood grain, shading, line depth, and minor imperfections are a natural part of the hand-burned process and are not considered defects.
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement when possible
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, and design details before final approval. Burnt Bark Co. is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to burning.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins
Once burning has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
